"It is a funny business... in giving birth to these tunes, we can only say we did them because we felt we had to. We cannot boast any confidence in knowing that they will minister in any significant way in other people's lives, though we certainly pray they do. We can only say that in this process at least have been obedient... the world does not need another "vanity CD". We know that without His calling and blessing on this project, regardless of all the time and effort spent, it all would be worth little more than nothing. Will these tunes be quaint little ditties or sources of eternal hope or conviction... that part is not ours to do."

"Come Hame"

Release date 11/19/2000:
If the message of Kingsbard could be encapsulated into one succinct phrase, it would have to be "come hame" (a Scottish colloquialism for "come home"). No matter how spiritual or profane we may appear, we all need constantly the reminder to "come hame" where we belong. There are 11 exciting new tunes on the recording (over an hour's worth of music), including some never heard before.
